Yes i got my new intel mac. Now you all have to be just a little more patient and wait for my order of 10.5.
Then you will see a dual binary of poisoned. 10.5 search features and many bug fixes.
It can not be helped Apple is swamped lately.

08.08.2006 :: Poisoned 0.5191 Released !!
Sorry for the delay on this release.
Its been a long while.
All updates to the source on cvs have been made so you can all start commiting changes to the code. Now ares support is fixed. Gnutella support fixed. Nodelist updateing is fixed. A few minor changes to correct glaring problems and concerns. A basic update to keep people fuctional.
I will be looking into universal binaries and so forth for an upcomming 0.530 release.
AHDuke is now also on the project that should help out a lot.

New version of poisoned. This will correct all the gnutella issue for good. The time bomb has been removed and gnutella shouldn't explode on you. ;)

With this version you will once again be able to connect and download properly on all networks. This should be the last release to support 10.2 though.

25.05.2004 :: Poisoned 0.516 RELEASED!!
Yes a new release, I know it has been a while and users were getting impatient but we do not have as much time as we used to.
Ok this release is not only an update to the plugins. This release actually adds the feature of node list and banlist updating. This feature has been on the plate to be added for some time and was not for one reason or another. To access the update feature just do the regular "Check for Updates" under the Poisoned menu and you shouldn't have a problem. Markus Kern has given us permission to get nodelists from the KCeasy site so we are now connected with the KCeasy windows users of gift.
Unfortunatly plugin updating will have to wait for next version due to many users requesting this update to be released as soon as possible.
I hope this version helps those out who were having connection problems in the past.

24.05.2004 :: Next release soon
There will be a new release very soon. I regret to inform Poisoned users that there is an illegal copy of Poisoned floating around right now which was labeled .52. This is not an official release and was released without the legal right to do so. We cannot confirm the integrity of this release and it could contain anything (e.g. viruses, malware, spyware or the like). There will never be a Poisoned .52 because of this illegal copy of Poisoned that is floating around. All users should consider this software suspect. There will be a new release hopefully today but may be delayed because of this illegal release.
A very special thank you goes out to Macupdate who quickly responded to our call to have this illegal copy removed from distribution.

15.02.2004 :: New Release Poisoned 0.515
Yes we have another release. People have noted we have a number of fixes for issues in each release. This is true; there have been a number of issues that have been accumulating over the past 4 months that have never been addressed. When the original programming team returned to the Poisoned Project we decided we would correct these issues. I hope this will be something we are closer to in this release. It has been noted that a number of people have problems connecting. These issues were caused a combination of problems. Corrupted incoming files caused by gift-fasttrack and old node data. If you have been having trouble connecting in the past 0.515 is a version you should try. We cannot guarantee everyone’s issues will be resolved but we are pretty confident this version will correct a few issues for some people.
Again thank you to the beta test team, you guys have been great.

02.02.2004 :: Poisoned 0.511
Yes it’s a month later and its time for another version of Poisoned to be released. On schedule I might add.
With this release we went through and basically did nothing but bug fixes and put in methods to stop future bugs from causing issues. I hope that works out. There have been no major updates to the giftd so we did nothing with that other then retooling the way the compile worked to reduce some crash issues people were having. But all the nodes list files and the Ban list has been updated. So I am sure that will make a number of people happy. The number of small fixes is almost too numerous to count but I can say this is a good solid version.

02.01.2004 :: New .50 Version Of Poisoned
We have a new site on sourceforge now for you programmers out there. We are going to be using them now for releases which is great because that means you will be able to get Poisoned from a more reliable source. The mirrors really help as well.
This release marks a new beginning for us. Julian was very helpful over the last 2 months but the original crew is back and we would love to help you any way we can.
With this release you get to check out some improvements to the gift daemon that should make downloading easier. We are also very much grateful to the gift people as they really do all the major programming we just built the GUI.

02.01.2004 :: New Site is Up!
Poisoned has returned home to good old gottsilla.net! This site will once again be the homepage for Poisoned; all new releases will be posted here. The next release of Poisoned, version 0.5, will be coming later tonight, so keep an eye out for it.
